Ty Conner
Founder, President, Chaplain
Ty has dedicated his life to serving others both on the front lines and beyond. A firefighter since the age of 16, Ty has carried his passion for helping others into every stage of his career. He served in Army Infantry for 7 years, and today he continues his calling as a Houston Firefighter and Chaplain. With a deep love for first responders and a steadfast belief that chaplaincy should always be accessible and free of charge, Ty founded First In Ministries to provide chaplains, first responders, and military personnel with spiritual support, training, and resources at no cost. His mission is simple: to ensure that those who serve never have to stand alone in the battles they face.
Alexia Conner
Board Chair, Secretary, Treasurer
Alexia is a dedicated partner in both faith and ministry, serving in the secretary position at First In Ministries. With a Bachelor’s degree in Education, she brings her skills as a teacher, organizer, and communicator into the heart of the ministry. Beyond her professional and ministry roles, Alexia is a loving wife and mom, devoted to building both her family and the mission of serving first responders, chaplains, and military personnel. Her passion for faith, education, and service makes her an essential part of the team and a steady support for the mission of First In Ministries.
